Reimbursement for Chinese medicine takes place if the patient has health insurance with additional cover and the practitioner meets the requirements set by the patient's health insurer. You can cancel your appointment free of charge if it is done at least 48 hours in advance. For a late cancellation (less than 48 hours in advance), or for a no-show to the appointment, the full amount of the session will be charged and due.
