Traditional Chinese Arts for Health and Vitality
Kung Fu, Tai Ji Quan, and Qi Gong are traditional Chinese arts focused on preventing illness and maintaining long-term health. They support the natural balance of body and mind, improve energy circulation, and cultivate resilience (physically, mentally, and emotionally). I have been practicing these disciplines for over 35 years under the guidance of Grand Master Su Jin Miao (蘇金淼) from Taiwan. My journey began with the Shun Wu Tang (順武堂) system, which forms the foundation of my training and teaching. Today, I act as the Chief Instructor and official European representative of Grand Master Su, continuing to share this lineage with respect and dedication.

Qi Gong - 氣功
Qi Gong is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines movement, breath, and focused intention to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy called ''Qi''. With roots in traditional Chinese medicine and Daoist thought, Qi Gong supports physical health, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual clarity. It is suitable for all ages and offers a foundation for healing, vitality, and self-awareness.

Tai Ji Quan - 太極拳
Tai Ji Quan, often known as Tai Chi, is a classical internal martial art based on the principles of Yin and Yang. Practiced through slow, flowing movements and deep awareness, it strengthens the body while calming the mind. Tai Ji helps regulate Qi (vital energy), supports balance, and nurtures inner peace. It is both a meditative practice and a profound health exercise aligned with the rhythms of nature.
Kung Fu Shun Wu Tang - 順武堂功夫
Kung Fu is the art of skillful effort, a path where discipline, movement, and inner strength meet. In its martial form, Kung Fu cultivates both the body and the mind through structured practice, respect, and perseverance. Rooted in Chinese philosophy, it enhances coordination, builds resilience, and promotes vitality. More than self-defense, it is a lifelong journey of personal development and harmony.
