Relax and energize, those are the key words for this practice of self-massage. Very helpful to release mild pain, stiffness, tiredness, stress or a feeling of being overloaded. Best is to practice everyday, in the morning to wake up, or just before bed to calm down. A Daoist way of self-cultivation.
